The 800L 8HL 7BBL beer brewhouse is heated by direct fire, which helps save budget compare with steam heating, and the power consumption is small compare with electric heating.

 

With direct fire heating, we need to build combustor under the kettle tank. With two body three vessel structure, it is suitable to brew one batch per day. It is combined vessel of mash/lauter tun on top and whirlpool tun or hot liquor tank on bottom, and another vessel is brew kettle. It need certain premises height.

 

The brewhouse control is based on semiauto, pump on/off with VFD control, motor on/off with VFD control, temperature control etc is automatic, only we need to open/close the valves by manual.

 

Basically, one set of complete beer brewery equipment includes Grain Miller, Beer Brewhouse, Fermentation Unitank, Glycol Cooling System, Brewery Control Cabinet, CIP system etc.
