Electric/steam Two Vessel 5 BBL Brewing System
We can offer the beer brewing system from 1BBL to 100BBL/batch.
The brewhouse various from 1BBL/ 2BBL/3BBL/4BBL/5BBL/8BBL/10BBL/20BBL /30BBL /40BBL / 50BBL.
We also can customize special sizes if you have special requirements about brewing production.
All of our brewing system with CE, ISO etc certificates, and with semi-automatic or total automatic controlling
system, the brewing, fermenting or cooling system can be controlled directly by control system.
1) The brewhouse combination is based on two vessel structure MLT + KWT + HLT.
2) It is suitable to do infusion mashing method.
3) The brewhouse tanks are heated by steam.
4) With two stage heat exchanger, the wort will be cooled by city water and glycol water.
5) Glass wort grant place between lauter tank and kettle tank as buffer tank, which avoid negative pressure under false bottom and protect tanks in good condition.
