To ensure a smoothly beer brewing process, there are generally 6 main parts in the 15 hl 4 vessel beer brewery equipment: The malt miller, Brewhouse unit, Fermenters, Glycol system, Control system and CIP cart. We can also supply relevant devices including brite tanks, bottling line, canning machine, beer filter, keg filler, keg washer and stainless steel kegs etc.
The 1500L/15hl capacity is popular capacity for starting a new beer brewing business, no matter you have beer brewing experience or not. It has a wide range of applications in micro breweries, pub, bar, restaurant and tap room etc. The standard 15hl micro beer brewery equipment is made by food grade stainless steel, but the shiny red copper is also available if you plan to have a more engaging perspective.
1) The brewhouse combination is MT + LT + KWT + HLT.
2) Grist hydrator placed on the top of mash tun, which can be used for pre-mashing, and remove dust.
3) Wort collect rings under the bottom of filter, which has 4 wort outlets. So the wort can flow through by multi routes rather than single route, it is good for speeding up filtering progress.
4) Anti-Rinser under the bottom of filter as well, which was designed 4 spray nozzles. It can be used for cleaning false bottom and loosen grain bed during lautering.
5) Flowmeter for testing hot water consumption for sparging or mashing.
