Product Description

The small scale 300L beer making systems with moderate price and cost, which is much more suitable for starting small micro brewery or used as recipe testing or lab brewery equipment. It is available for brewing varous of beers, such as Ale, Lager,  Stout, IPA etc. It is easy for operation and easy to clean. Compared with the commercial brewery system, its budget is much lower and suitable for some new brewers or hobby brewers who plan to start a new beer brewing business. 

 

The electric heating no need extra devices to support heating, not like steam heating needed steam boiler or direct fire heating needed burners. It is more convenient for installation and operation. But if your local electricity is expensive, then you may need to reconsidering about heating method. Feel free to contact us if you need some suggestions about it.

 

Product Features

1) The brewhouse combination is MT + LT + KWT + HLT. 

2) Grist hydrator placed on the top of mash tun, which can be used for pre-mashing, and remove dust.

3) Wort collect rings under the bottom of filter, which has 4 wort outlets. So the wort can flow through by multi routes rather than single route, it is good for speeding up filtering progress.

4) Anti-Rinser under the bottom of filter as well, which was designed 4 spray nozzles. It can be used for cleaning false bottom and loosen grain bed during lautering.

5) Flowmeter for testing hot water consumption for sparging or mashing.
