Semi-Automatic steam heated combined 3-vessel brewing equipment
1000L Semi-Automatic brewing equipment is most typical and common system in Microbrewery, Brewpub, Bar and Restaurant etc.
For such beer brewing equipment, electric, steam and direct fire heating is optional. From heating efficiency, steam heating is best since it can heat mash/wort evenly and vigorously, as well as no scorch. But steam heating will request steam generator and pipeline as auxiliary machine, which increases budget to some degree. So, usually steam heating is used for 500L and larger brewing equipment.
1.) Combined 3-Vessel Brewhouse, Combined Mash/Lauter tun and hot liquor tank + Kettle/whirlpool tun. The hot liquor tank is designed under mash/lauter tun in order to save floor area.
The whole brewhouse is gathered in stainless steel frame. In this case, we can help customer connect pipeline in advance and load integrated brewhouse into container directly. The customer would not worry installation at all.
2.) Steam heating guarantees vigorous heating in Mash/Lauter tun, kettle/whirlpool tun and hot liquor tank.
3.) Two stages heat exchanger gives prompt wort cooling within 30-40 minutes.
4.) Semi-Auto control achieves full-automatic heating and cooling. What you only need to do is to open/close butterfly valve etc. It is common in microbrewery since most of brewmaster hope to attend the brewing as much as possible.
5.) Full stainless steel 304 is sanitary to brew and is easy to maintain & Clean.
