2500L 25HL 20BBL ss steam four vessel auto beer brewery equipment is often used in small breweries or bars.The system consists of three brewhouse vessels---Mash Tun, Lauter Tun and Kettle/Whirlpool Tun.Kettle and whirlpool process are worked in one tank,this configuration can save brewery cost and floor space.
This system usually brews more than one batch per day. If the second batch is required,it will need about 10-12 hours .This system can cope with a temporary increase in production but not suitable for planned multi-batch brewing.
According to different fermentation time, usually 6 sets of 5000L fermenters or 12 sets of 2500L fermenters can be configured.4 sets of 5000L fermenters and 4 sets of 2500L fermenters can also be configured to meet the needs of various beer types.
This brewery system also needs to be equipped with a complete automatic or manual control system, malt milling system,CIP system,glycol cooling system, electric heating system, air system, etc.

1.) Two Tank Four Vessel Brewhouse, combined Lauter tun and Whirlpool tun + Combined Mash/Kettle tun and Hot Liquor tank. Such brewhouse allows to brew 1-3 batches per day.
2.) Mash/Kettle tun and Hot Liquor tank are fabricated with steam jacket. Steam heating
guarantees vigorous and quick heating, as well as no scorch.
3.) Two stages heat exchanger gives prompt wort cooling within 30-40 minutes.
4.) Glass grant/Wort Balance Column can avoid vacuum forming in lauter tun, very safe design.
5.) Full stainless steel 304 is sanitary to brew and is easy to maintain & Clean.
