Two Vessel Beer Brewing Equipment
Do you want to buy 2000L 20HL brewery equipment? 2000L stainless steel steam two vessel craft brewery equipment scale is larger than nano brewery system, hotel or bar brewery system. Normally the brewery will be run independently, the brew master will sell the beer to bar or restaurant locally, or they will fill the beer into bottles or cans and sell in the local stores. To run a micro brewery, we need to take local market demands into consideration, then we can choose suitable capacity brewery equipment based on expected beer producing capacity per month. If the budget is allow, considering time and labor cost, we suggest start from 2000L brewing equipment. Normally two vessel brewery system is efficient, we are able to brew 2 batches within 12 hours. For a complete 2000L brewery, the basic components include Grain Miller, Brewhouse System, Fermentation Tank, Glycol Cooling System, Separated Brewery Control, CIP system. In order to save labor, we would suggest take flexible auger and grist silo into design as well. Of course we need to consider premises height, and the brewery design can be adjusted accordingly.
1) The brewhouse combination is MLT + KWT + HLT. The capacity of HLT is 6000L. And the brewhouse tanks are heated by steam. It is suitable to do infusion mashing method.
2) With 1200L grist silo on the top of MLT, but with 90°cone, in order to lower the total height and fit into premises.
3) With control manifold design, the valves are accessible to brew master, they are able to operate conveniently.
4) With stainless steel wort grant place between lauter tank and kettle tank, and the wort grant was designed with Negal Level sensor, the lautering progress can be finished automatically.
5) Control cabinet assembled on the platform for operating easier.
6) Wort collect rings under the bottom of filter, which has 4 wort outlets. So the wort can flow through by multi routes rather than single route, it is good for speeding up filtering progress.
7) Anti-Rinser under the bottom of filter as well, which was designed 4 spray nozzles. It can be used for cleaning false bottom and loosen grain bed during lautering.
