Two Vessel Semiatuo Beer Plant
500L 5HL beer plant is often used in small craft breweries or craft brewing bars. The system contains two vessel brewhouse, a mash/lauter tank and a boiling/whirlpool tank. The mashing process and the wort filtration process are completed by one tank, and the boiling and whirlpool processes are completed by one tank, saving equipment costs and floor space. For brew master who has limitations on budget, but want to start commercial purpose, used equipment also is an option.
According to different fermentation cycles of brewed beer, 6pcs 1000L fermenters or 12pcs 500L fermentors can usually be configured, and 4pcs 1000L fermenters and 4pcs 500L fermenters can also be configured to meet the needs of various beer types. Basically, one set of complete beer brewing equipment includes Grain Miller, Beer Brewhouse, Fermentation Unitank, Glycol Cooling System, Brewery Control Cabinet, CIP system etc.

1) The brewhouse combination is based on two vessel structure MLT + KWT.
2) It is suitable to do infusion mashing method.
3) The brewhouse tanks are heated by steam.
4) With two stage heat exchanger, the wort will be cooled by city water and glycol water.
5) With flow meter for testing mashing water or sparging water consumption.
6) With hop back to add beer aroma by adding hop leaves inside.
7) Glass wort grant place between lauter tank and kettle tank as buffer tank, to avoid negative pressure under false bottom and protect tanks in good shape.
