For such capacity system, two vessel brewhouse is efficient, a mash/lauter tank and a boiling/whirlpool tank. The mashing process and the wort filtration process are completed by one tank, and the boiling and whirlpool processes are completed by one tank, saving equipment costs and floor space. The system is suitable to brew one batch per day. The second batch of brewing takes at least 14 hours, it can increase beer production temporary, but not suitable for multi-batch brewing in one day.
The pump off with VFD control, motor on/off with VFD control, temperature control etc is automated. It is easy to operate and save labor cost.
