Two Vessel Beer Brewing Equipment
Brewhouse is various in combinations of vessels, of course to achieve the same four steps mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, by special brewing intentions of brewer including wort output, wort gravity, sparging water, brews in certain time, brewing method etc. TIANTAI Company accepts special design for these variations.
The two vessel brewhouse is quite popular being used in the brewery system with capacity within 2000L. It is suitable for Infusion mashing and suitable for brewing 1~2 batches per day. Our standard two vessel brewhouse unit based on: mash/lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun. and it is made by food grade stainless steel. We can also make it with red copper or mirror stainless steel if you prefer a more attractive appearance.
Here is one set of 1000L 10HL 8BBL microbrewery equipment, which is normally used in the bar or restaurant, it also can run independently. It is preferred by many brew masters due to with high cost performance. To be more attractive, the material of 1000L 10HL 8BBL microbrewery equipment is polished mirror. The cost is higher than stainless steel, but save budget compare with copper cladding.
The brewhouse tanks are heated by direct fire, it is suitable for customer who has limited budget and power supply is limited at premises, but with enough premises height. If the brew master only expect to brew 1 batch per day, two vessel brewhouse MLT + KWT + HLT is efficient. The HLT can be used to recycle hot water from heat exchanger, and used for next batch mashing. It helps save energy.
