5000L 50HL Micro Brewery Equipment is typically applied to breweries that are much smaller than large-scale corporate breweries and are independently owned, but larger than breweries for restaurant, bars etc., as it distributes beer to local restaurants and bars, parties etc. Such microbrewery equipment is more professionally functional and concerns more details to brew in a more smart way, trying to decreasing the factors that may affect the brewing speed or beer flavors.
In addition, we recommend steam heating for 5000L Microbrewery Equipment if budget allows. Compared with electric heating, it is more easily to get better quality wort. As we know the steam will circulate around the kettle instead of contacted with wort directly. Besides, the heating strength can be easily controlled by adjusting the flow and pressure of steam.
1.) 5-Vessel Brewhouse, Cooker + Mash tun + Lauter tun + Kettle tun + whirlpool tun with double size Hot liquor Tank. It allows to brew 1-4 batches per day.
2.) Steam heating guarantees vigorous heating in Cooker, Mash tun, Kettle tun and Hot liquor tank. Particularly, for kettle tun, we fit inner heater calandria.
3.) Single stages heat exchanger gives prompt wort cooling within 30-40 minutes.
4.) Automatic PLC control achieves full-automatic mash/wort heating, beer cooling and valve opening/closing etc. And you can store 6 stages different time and temperature in advance for step mashing.
5.) Full stainless steel 304 is sanitary to brew and is easy to maintain & Clean.
