Product Description

The beer making manufacturing plant with capacity 500-4000L is a good choice for starting a new brewing business, such as opening a new hotel, pub, bar or a small microbrewery.  It with small footprint and moderate price, which mostly will not exceed your budget. The beer manufacturing plant can be equipped with single batch or double batch jacketed fermenters, for brewing one batch or two batches per day.  It is available for brewing varous of beers, such as Ale, Lager, Stout, IPA etc.  

Product Features

1) The brewhouse combination is based on two vessel structure MLT + KWT + HLT.

2) It is suitable to do infusion mashing method.

3) The brewhouse tanks are heated by steam.

4) With two stage heat exchanger, the wort will be cooled by city water and glycol water.

5) Glass wort grant place between lauter tank and kettle tank as buffer tank, which avoid negative pressure under false bottom and protect tanks in good condition.
