5 bbl Brewhouses is where the brewmasters get the first wort by mashing, lautering, boiling and whirlpooling etc. It plays an important role in brewery.
From material, Brewhouses are divided into two types, stainless steel and red copper. The most common and basic material is food grade SUS 304. In some coastal area with high humidity, the brewmasters would also require SUS 316 since it has more excellent corrosion resistance. For the restaurant, brewpub, hotel etc, mirror or red copper brewhouses are preferred by the owner. The luxury color can capture people's attention at the first and boom the business. But, it is necessary to spend a certain time and effort cleaning the exterior shell regularly and timely. So, if the appearance is not very important for you, we still recommend stainless steel brewhouses from both budget and cleaning.

1.) Two Tank Four Vessel Brewhouse, combined Lauter tun and Whirlpool tun + Combined Mash/Kettle tun and Hot Liquor tank. Such brewhouse allows to brew 1-3 batches per day.
2.) Mash/Kettle tun and Hot Liquor tank are fabricated with steam jacket. Steam heating
guarantees vigorous and quick heating, as well as no scorch.
3.) Two stages heat exchanger gives prompt wort cooling within 30-40 minutes.
4.) Glass grant/Wort Balance Column can avoid vacuum forming in lauter tun, very safe design.
5.) Full stainless steel 304 is sanitary to brew and is easy to maintain & Clean.
