The brewhouse is based on three vessel structure MT + LT + KWT with independent HLT, the HLT can be used to recycle hot water after wort heat exchanging, which can use for next batch mashing. The brewhouse tanks are heated by direct fire, which need to build combustor under the bottom of mash tun or kettle tun, the investment is lower compare with steam heating method.
