500L 5HL beer brewing system is normally used in the bar, restaurant, or run independently, it is for commercial purpose, and the cost performance is high. The 500L 5HL beer brewhouse is heated by direct fire, which helps save budget compare with steam heating, and the power consumption is small compare with electric heating.1000L and 1500L are its other sizes.
With direct fire heating, we need to build combustor under the kettle tank. With two body three vessel structure, it is suitable to brew one batch per day. It is combined vessel of mash/lauter tun on top and whirlpool tun or hot liquor tank on bottom, and another vessel is brew kettle. It need certain premises height.
Basically, one set of complete beer brewing system includes Grain Miller, Beer Brewhouse, Fermentation Unitank, Glycol Cooling System, Brewery Control Cabinet, CIP system and other beer accessories.

1) The brewhouse combination is MT + LT + KWT + HLT.
2) Grist hydrator placed on the top of mash tun, which can be used for pre-mashing, and remove dust.
3) Wort collect rings under the bottom of filter, which has 4 wort outlets. So the wort can flow through by multi routes rather than single route, it is good for speeding up filtering progress.
4) Anti-Rinser under the bottom of filter as well, which was designed 4 spray nozzles. It can be used for cleaning false bottom and loosen grain bed during lautering.
5) Flowmeter for testing hot water consumption for sparging or mashing.
