Product Description

1000L 10HL 8BBBL brewhouse is designed to conduct the brewing process of mashing, lautering, boiling and whirlpooling. It is used to brew beer by extracting sugar from grain. The production capacity is similar with micro brewhouse. Considering initial investment, stainless steel is normal, the cost is lower compare with polished mirror or copper cladding. For 1000L 10HL 8BBL brewhouse, two vessel brewhouse is normal, it is suitable to brew 1-2 batches in one day. And it is OK to do infusion mashing method.

 

The brewhouse tanks are heated by direct fire, which helps save budget compare with steam heating. But it need certain premises height, as we need to build combustor under the bottom of kettle tank.

 

The brewhouse control is based on semiauto type. The pump on/off with VFD control, motor on/off with VFD control, temperature control for brewhouse and fermentation tank is automatic, only we need to open/close the valves by manual.
