1000L 10HL 8BBL beer brewing equipment is normally used in most micro breweries. It also can be used in the bar or restaurant. The brewhouse combination is based on two vessel structure M LT + KWT + HLT, which is suitable for infusion mashing method. For such capacity brewery equipment, steam heating is preferred by brew masters. The steam can provide uniform heating with high efficiency and temperature is easy control. It is good for producing better quality beer.

 

The brewhouse control is based on semiauto level, the pump on/off with VFD control, motor on/off with VFD control, temperature control for brewhouse and fermentation tank etc is automatic. The valves will can open/close by manual.

 

Basically, one set of complete microbrewery equipment includes Grain Miller, Beer Brewhouse, Fermentation Unitank, Glycol Cooling System, Brewery Control Cabinet, CIP system etc.
